It's probably too late for submissions. I'm a new atheist blogger and just learned about carnivals. How can I learn the topic so I know what to submit this time or next time? TIA!

Hi Angie! Glad to hear you're joining the ranks. I believe that if you click on the submission link you can enter a post for the next carnival. Typically there isn't a theme set in advance, although the host can choose to set one. The main carnival page should tell you who the next host is. A really fun way of jumping in with both feet is to offer to host the carnival yourself!
